PowerCore is a prominent and expanding electrical contractor specializing in electrical distribution, communications, highway signals and lighting. We are currently expanding our traffic control division and looking for an experienced Project Manager. This will provide an incredible opportunity for one experienced, hardworking individual to lead, motivate, and manage crews to build and complete new construction and maintenance projects located from Jacksonville to Daytona, Florida. Candidate must have a broad range of experience in the construction management field and have exceptional ability to be proactive, communicative, and adhere to deadlines.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the owners and customers. Provide direction and management for the field crews.
Manage project schedules and budgets. Prepare design submittals.
Complete production invoices for payment.
Run project meetings and generate job progress reports.
Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop new clients and assist with the growth of the business.
Possess a sense of urgency, RESULTS DRIVEN, TODAY is the Day Personality Minimum of 5 years of proven Commercial Construction Project Management experience. Strong preference for experience with FDOT and ISMA.
Proven track record of job completion.
Ability to quickly review project plans, and prioritize. Excellent computer skills.
